چکیده
A magnetic Schiff’s base chitosan-glutaraldehyde/Fe3O4 composite (CHT-GLA/ZnO/Fe3O4) was developed by incorporating zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles into its structure to prepare an efficient adsorbent for the removal of remazol brilliant blue R (RBBR) dye. The CHT-GLA/ZnO/Fe3O4 characterized following methods: CHN, BET, FTIR, XRD, SEM–EDX, pHpzc, and potentiometric titrations. Box-Behnken design based on response surface methodology used optimize effects A: ZnO loading (0–50%), B: dose (0.02–0.1 g), C: pH (4–10), D: temperature (30–60 °C), time E: (10–60 min) synthesis RBBR dye adsorption. experimental data kinetics followed pseudo-second order model, while isotherms showed better fit Freundlich Temkin models. maximum adsorption capacity target nanocomposite (CHT-GLA/Fe3O4 containing 25% or CHT-GLA/ZnO/Fe3O4-25) reached 176.6 mg/g at 60 °C. mechanism onto can be attributed multi-interactions including electrostatic attractions, hydrogen bonding, Yoshida H-bonding, n-? interactions. This study offers a promising hybrid nanobiomaterial in environmental nanotechnology separate remove contaminants such as organic dyes from wastewater.

This study investigates the optimal conditions for preparation of corn cob based activated carbon (CCAC) for the removal of Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) reactive dye from aqueous solution. The CCAC was prepared by using physiochemical activation method which consisted of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and CO2 gasification. Central composite design (CCD) was used to determine the effects of the th...
متن کاملRemazol Brilliant Blue R Dye Decolourization by Laccase Produced by Pleurotus Sajor-caju via Solid-State Fermentation
The application of synthetic dyes in various industries improved the aesthetic properties of the products, but the discharge of dye-containing effluent into water bodies leads to serious environmental problems. Till date, colour removal from effluent is still a challenge due to the absence of economically attractive treatments. In this study, decolourization of a synthetic dye – Remazol brillia...
متن کاملDecolourisation of Remazol Brilliant Blue R via a novel Bjerkandera sp. strain.
A novel strain of Bjerkandera sp. (B33/3), with particularly high decolourisation activities upon Poly R-478 and Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) dyes, was isolated. The role of the ligninolytic extracellular enzymes produced by this strain on decolourisation of RBBR was studied in some depth. The basis of decolourisation is an enzyme-mediated process, in which the main enzyme responsible is a r...
